What Is an Immigration Physical?

An immigration medical exam (Form I-693) is required by USCIS for non-U.S. citizens applying for adjustment of status. The exam must be conducted by a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon. Our board-certified doctor is authorized to perform this exam and provide the sealed documentation required for your application.
